Manoj Tiwari Campaigns in Ahmedabad, Targets Opposition and Expresses Confidence in BJP’s Prospects….

Date:

AHMEDABAD, GUJARAT — BJP MP Manoj Tiwari intensified the party’s campaign on the final day of canvassing for the Gujarat local body elections, addressing voters in Ahmedabad’s Amraiwadi area and urging them to support the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) to ensure continued development and stable governance.

Speaking during the campaign, Tiwari appealed to the people to elect BJP councillors in the municipal elections, stating that strong representation at the local level is essential to prevent any form of exploitation and to maintain the pace of development in the state. He emphasised that having BJP representatives across all levels of governance—from local bodies to the state and the Centre—helps ensure better coordination and efficient implementation of policies.

He said that Gujarat has witnessed consistent development over the years, and maintaining this progress requires a stable and committed leadership. According to him, the BJP has demonstrated its ability to deliver on governance and infrastructure, which has earned it the trust of the people.

Tiwari also stressed that municipal elections play a crucial role in shaping urban governance, as councillors are directly responsible for addressing everyday issues such as sanitation, water supply, road maintenance, and civic amenities. He urged voters to make informed choices that would benefit their local communities.

In addition to focusing on Gujarat, the BJP MP also spoke about the ongoing political developments in West Bengal. He expressed confidence that the BJP is gaining strong support in the state, stating that high voter turnout reflects a desire for political change. Referring to recent polling, he claimed that a significant percentage of voters have participated, indicating enthusiasm for the democratic process.

Tiwari said that the BJP forming a government in West Bengal is becoming a “reality,” suggesting that public sentiment is shifting in favour of the party. He also criticised the Trinamool Congress (TMC), alleging that voters are looking for an alternative.

Turning his attention to the Aam Aadmi Party, he raised allegations regarding financial irregularities, claiming that names of AAP leaders have surfaced in a hawala-related controversy in Gujarat. He also criticised the party’s governance in Delhi, stating that, in his view, the city has faced setbacks under AAP’s administration.

As a Member of Parliament representing Delhi, Tiwari said that he has closely observed the situation and believes that AAP’s governance has not met expectations, alleging that it has negatively impacted development in the national capital.

He contrasted this with the BJP’s governance model, stating that the party focuses on development, transparency, and public welfare. According to him, these principles have been key to the BJP’s success in various states.

Tiwari also highlighted the importance of public participation in elections, urging people to come out and vote in large numbers. He said that high voter turnout strengthens democracy and ensures that elected representatives truly reflect the will of the people.

Political observers note that the final day of campaigning is crucial, as parties make their last efforts to connect with voters and reinforce their messages. Leaders like Manoj Tiwari play an important role in energising party workers and appealing to the electorate.

The BJP has been actively campaigning across Gujarat, focusing on its achievements and future plans, while also targeting opposition parties on various issues. Tiwari’s remarks reflect the party’s broader strategy of combining local development issues with national political narratives.

He concluded by expressing confidence that the BJP will continue to receive strong support from the people of Gujarat, enabling it to strengthen its presence in local bodies and carry forward its development agenda.

The campaign in Ahmedabad underscores the high-stakes nature of the Gujarat local body elections, with parties making strong appeals to voters and highlighting their vision for governance and development.
